We understand that starting at a new childcare centre is a big step for both children and families.

That’s why we prioritise meaningful orientations before enrolment begins. This gives you the opportunity to meet your child’s educators, explore their new room, and become familiar with the environment, helping to ensure a smoother, happier start to their Cove Early Learning journey.

To keep you closely connected, we provide secure login details for OWNA, a trusted app that lets you see the wonderful learning experiences your child engages in every day. Through OWNA, you can view photos, check what your child eats, monitor their sleep patterns, and communicate directly with educators. This transparent connection supports your child’s growth and development and strengthens our partnership with families.

As part of welcoming your child into our community, we provide as part of our enrolment pack a Cove Early Learning t-shirt, hat, and wet bag, practical items designed for daily fun and comfort.

Throughout the year, we host many special events where parents, grandparents, extended family, and friends are warmly invited to join us. These celebrations mark every little milestone, creating joyful memories and reinforcing the strong community spirit at Cove Early Learning.

Every single member of the Cove team undergoes a comprehensive, multi-step screening process prior to employment. This includes verified Working With Children Checks (WWCC), exhaustive professional reference checks, and comprehensive identity verification.
All our educators and support staff complete mandatory child protection, mandatory reporting, and first aid training, participating in regular professional development to stay at the forefront of safe early childhood practice.
Our physical centres are designed with advanced security access control, child-safe architectural fixtures, and optimized sightlines. We maintain strict educator-to-child supervision ratios across both our indoor rooms and our beautifully shaded outdoor discovery spaces.
We protect our children's digital footprints with extreme care. Photographs and videos of children are captured strictly on centre-owned devices and are securely uploaded exclusively to our closed, password-protected OWNA parent app. We enforce strict media consent forms upon enrolment, ensuring no child's likeness is utilised for marketing or public platforms without explicit, written parental authorisation.

Our Enrolment Process

Your Step-by-Step Pathway into Our Community

Securing a place at Cove is a warm, highly supported journey. We have designed a simple, caring transition pipeline to prepare both you and your little one for a happy, confident first day:

For our open centres (and a few weeks before our upcoming centres open), you can book your tour. We will invite your family to join us for a private, personal walkthrough of the completed centre. This is your opportunity to explore the beautifully shaded play environments and feel the warmth of the space firsthand.
Once you are ready to secure your preferred care days, our friendly support team will guide you step-by-step through the formal enrolment process. We will assist you with navigating your CCS registration, setting up your billing preferences, and establishing your secure parent app login.
Before your child’s official start date, you will both be invited to a dedicated, meaningful orientation session. This is a relaxed, supportive opportunity to:
- Meet your child’s dedicated Room Leader, educators, and the Campus Director.
- Discuss your child’s individual daily routines, sleep preferences, and comforts.
- Provide detailed information regarding any specific medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements.
- Help your child explore their new classroom, locate practical items (like their personal bag locker), and build positive associations with the environment.
On your child's very first day, we will present you with your official Cove welcome pack - complete with a Cove Early Learning t-shirt, sun-safe play hat, and practical wet bag to make daily transitions smooth and comfortable.

Keeping Our Community Healthy and Well

Simple, Supportive Health Guidelines

To keep our spaces clean, safe, and flourishing, we maintain a few clear and practical guidelines so that every family can feel completely confident when dropping off their little one:

Like all childcare centres in NSW, we require an official Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) prior to starting. We cannot accept GP letters or local blue books. If you are unsure of how to access this statement, our friendly team is always happy to help you locate it!
To protect our youngest infants and wider village, children who are feeling under the weather or experiencing contagious symptoms must rest comfortably at home. If your child becomes unwell while in our care, we will contact you immediately to organise pick up, ensuring they are kept cozy and quiet in the interim.
We want children to safely enjoy our outdoor spaces. We monitor the daily UV rating closely, utilize our beautifully shaded play zones, and ensure broad-spectrum sunscreen and your child's Cove play hat are on before any outdoor adventures begin.
