Sleep Routines and What to Expect at Cove Early Learning

Rest time is an important part of your child’s day at Cove Early Learning. We know that every child’s sleep routine is different, and our educators take the time to understand and follow each child’s individual needs.

A Calm, Comforting Environment

Our sleep spaces are designed to help children feel safe and relaxed. Soft music, dim lighting, and familiar bedding help create a peaceful atmosphere where children can unwind and recharge.

Individual Routines

We follow the routines shared by families, whether your child needs a long nap, a short rest, or quiet time with a book. Educators gently support children as they settle, ensuring comfort and reassurance every step of the way.

Communication with Families

We believe in working closely with families to maintain consistency between home and care. Educators will keep you informed about your child’s rest times and any changes in their sleep patterns through our communication app, OWNA or if needed will personally give you a call to discuss.

Supporting Healthy Habits

Rested children are happier, more engaged, and ready to learn and play. Our approach to sleep supports children’s wellbeing, helping them feel refreshed and ready to enjoy the rest of their day.

At Cove Early Learning, we make rest time a positive experience, calm, comforting, and tailored to every child’s individual needs.
